Guide
Decision intelligence is a record, not a vibe.
This guide describes how BrumeIQ thinks an investment decision should be constructed. It is a working model, not a research paper pretending to be older than the company.
A decision is complete only when five things can be inspected: the evidence, the assumptions, the uncertainty, the alternatives, and the human act. A score without those is a dashboard wearing a suit.
Write the expected outcome before capital moves. Compare it later with what happened. Keep the rejected options. That is how an enterprise becomes able to answer “did the decision work?” without rewriting history.
Do not confuse automation with authority. A system can recommend. A person still decides. That distinction is the difference between investment intelligence and an autonomous executive.
